At Dream Advisory Global LLC, all consultation fees are charged for professional time, advisory expertise, and consultation services.

Non-Refundable Services

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has been delivered. This includes completed consultations, advisory sessions, or any service where guidance or consultation has already been provided.

Cancellation Policy

If a consultation appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, the client may request either:

• A rescheduled consultation, or
• A partial refund, which may be considered at the discretion of Dream Advisory Global LLC.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

Visa Outcome Disclaimer

Refunds are not issued based on visa decisions, immigration outcomes, or processing delays, as these are determined solely by government authorities and are outside the control of Dream Advisory Global LLC.

Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our support team. Requests will be reviewed in accordance with this policy.

Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
